My mission is to support and help guide you back to the magic and mastery that is fully within your own body.

May we remember the body is the temple—

the bridge between heaven and earth.

May we remember our bodies are direct reflections of the cycles and rhythms of the earth.

The only way to connect to the source of all is to connect to the source within.

My awakening back home to my body has been catalyzed by working with the plant allies. I am passionate about sharing these ancient medicines in safe and intentional spaces, where we may truly embody our highest expressions.

Since 2019, I have been a student and guardian with The Earth Temple - Center of Prayer and School of Shamanic Arts.
