For Minors:
They may become members of ONAC of The Earth Temple under the age of 18 only with parental consent.

If they are under the age of 16, a parent should submit a copy of their license/passport with the child's application (unless the child has a passport) The membership card will have 'MINOR' printed on it. If they are 16 and have a license/passport, they should submit with their application.

For Minors in regards to ceremony:

It is okay for minors to participate (with parental consent) in non-sacrament ceremonies such as a sacred pipe ceremony or a children's sweat lodge. 

Ceremony with medicine: Minors have to have consent from BOTH legal guardians.
We have paperwork on this that you can find attached below.
This paperwork would need to be completed and submitting to ONAC Mother Church prior to ceremony.
There are certain medicines in which the Council believes it is unwise for minor to sit under the age of 16.
