Greet the participants/ students, support them with parking & setting their things & arranging their seat in the space in a beautiful & useful for ceremony, way.

Smudging, carrying their items, helping them find their spot to sleep (in tipi) & spot to sit (outside) etc. When at The Mother Tree, please direct participants to drop their things off, and please to not set up until AFTER they park their car. Either they or you can take their car to Evans Road and park in a legal space (by the white picket fence, by the inlet next to the horses, or by the green grass next to the mail box).

(clean, beautify, take out trash, all dishes clean, all bathrooms cleans with TP (at least 3 in each br). NO CELL PHONE USE. Meaning, you get to not be on social media or communication during ceremony weekend. If you have something you need to tend to, please do so OUT OF SIGHT & hearing of any circle facilitators, guardians or participants.

If you have a question in the moment about this, please ask a facilitator. You are not ever to offer plant medicine work to participants while you are a guardian or training within The Earth Temple. Once you are an ET guardian, you commit to traveling the journey of medicine carrier and agree to not offer plant medicine work until approved to be a medicine carrier by The ONAC of The Earth Temple.
