We inherit emotional patterns from our parents, and they from theirs, all the way up the line. 

Family Constellations is the sacred process of clearing up the traumas, dramas, and misunderstandings that have happened in our family that still cause us distress, and unwanted outcomes today.

Family Constellations is about healing and reestablishing the order of love so we notice how life flows in our favor, rather than against us due to childhood and ancestral trauma.  

It is a 4 hour healing process that all who attend participate in.

Bring a journal, a notebook, and a writing utensil.  

Who is this work for?

This work is for you if you have a pattern that you just can't shake in your life that you KNOW comes from family emotional inheritance.

Either you can SEE it, or you intuitively KNOW it. Family Constellations is the process that gets into the past generations that decided (usually by life or limb) to take on a certain patterning. 

This work CLEARS that old patterning, and restores what your family lineage energetic is here to provide: a clear channel of love and support for your life.  

You will show up as a REPRESENTATIVE - allowing the energy of the CORE LINEAGE to come through you. This is a CHANNELING course. 

Anyone who shows up will have the effects of this work.

What is it? 

A Family Constellation is a three-dimensional group process that has the power to shift generations of suffering and unhappiness. Bert Hellinger, the founder of this work, who studied and treated families for more than 50 years, observed that many of us unconsciously "take on" destructive familial patterns of anxiety, depression, anger, guilt, aloneness, alcoholism and even illness as a way of "belonging" in our families. Bonded by a deep love, a child will often sacrifice his own best interests in a vain attempt to ease the suffering of a parent or other family member.

Burt Hellinger studied Family Constellations after his training in psychology and work with post WWII German elementary and secondary students. He noticed that while they were not a part of the war themselves, the students were still deeply struggling with PTSD symptoms.

He went on a journey to South Africa, where he studied a ceremonial process wit the Zulu Nation of resolving conflict through energies within the family systems. He then developed what we know today as Family Constellations.

Family Constellations allow us to break these patterns so that we can live healthier, happier, more fulfilled lives. In a moment of insight, a new life course can be set in motion. The results can be life-changing.

How does it work? 

If you are the client/Core Lineage for the Family Constellation, we have an introductory session where we get clear on the issue that needs healing, and the main family players in the system. 

We then set the date, and our team creates a page for you to invite your friends, family and others to participate. 

We have a max of 15 people capacity for this event at our location in Julian, CA. 

If you are a participant/representative, just show up! We will explain your role in the evening once you arrive. This is part meditation, part concentration, part channeling, part movement and part magic.

We sit in a group of 3-10 people, plus the participant and facilitator and go through a 2-4 hour process (we plan for the full 4 hours!)

We begin with an invocation and intention setting, go into the Family Constellations ceremony, then integrate as a group.
